How can I give up my order?

Place an order:

Place the article in the shopping cart
You can place your order either via our website or via PayPal.
If you would like to handle your purchase via our website, please click on the green button "To the checkout" on the right side of the screen.
If you want to continue your purchase via PayPal, please click on the PayPal button.
You will then be forwarded to our website with the customer information. The system will ask you to enter the following data:
E-mail address
Name
Address
If you have a valid discount code, enter it in the "Discount" field on the right side of the screen. Be sure to click on the "Use" button so that the discount is calculated and applied to your order.
Go on by clicking on the "Continue to the delivery method" button. Make sure that you have entered the correct delivery address (if you deviate from the billing address). If you have given all the information, click on "Continue to the payment method".
You now have to enter your payment data. You have the option of specifying whether the shipping and invoice data match.
As soon as you have filled out the form, click on "Complete order". You will be forwarded to a screen with a summary of your order and an order confirmation on the screen and a second confirmation email.

What happens if products are missing or incorrect when delivering my order?

If products are missing or were delivered incorrectly, please contact us atsupport@vapezeit.com. Please enter your transaction number (order number) and send us a correction deduction (image file not greater than 1 MB). We would be happy to send you the right product at no additional cost and do not request a refund for an incorrectly delivered product! You can keep it from us as a gift.

How do I know if my order was successfully sent?

You will receive a confirmation email with your order number and the details of your order.

I would like to change the article I ordered. What do i have to do?

You can change your order until 11:00 p.m. (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day after ordering. To apply for a change, you can see us aboutsupport@vapezeit.comContact.

How do I put articles in my shopping cart?

How to put items in your shopping cart:

Go to the page of the article for which you are interested and then select the desired article. Click on "In the shopping cart" to get to the "Colleus" page.
Enter the amount of the desired product in the "Quantity:" field next to the product image. As soon as you have entered the amount, you can continue your purchase or complete the order.

How can I see what is in my shopping cart?

To see the content of your shopping cart, click on the shopping cart icon at the top of the website page. As soon as you have clicked on this symbol, you can easily change the amount of an article in your shopping cart to the amount you want to buy by updating the displayed quantity. You can also delete any item in your shopping cart by clicking on the "Remove" link at the lower end of the quantity list.

How do I remove articles from my shopping cart?

First, click on the "Cart" icon in the upper right corner of your screen. In this way you can see all the articles that are currently in your shopping cart. As soon as you have found the article you want to remove, click the "Remove" link at the lower end of the quantity list. This automatically removes the article and the page is updated to display the changes.

How do I change the amount of an article in my shopping cart?

First, click on the "Cart" icon in the upper right corner of your screen. So you can view all items currently in your shopping cart and the quantities selected for each article. To change the amount of an article in your shopping cart, move the cursor to the "Quantity" field of this article and enter the desired amount. As soon as you have done this, the amount and the associated dollar amount (if available) are automatically updated in order to display the correct quantity and the costs on the right side of the screen.
