Return policy

cancellation

The cancellation of an order is accepted before delivery or manufacture of the product. If the order is canceled, you will receive a complete refund. We can no longer cancel an order if the product has already been delivered.

Reimbursement (if applicable)

We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

In order to come into question for a return, the product must be unused and are in the same state as with receipt. It must be in its original packaging. To return the product, we need proof of purchase or receipt. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We charge the customer the shipping costs up to an altitude of one euro (this also applies to returns); We do not charge the consumer to return the product.

Reimbursement (if applicable)

As soon as we have received and checked your returned product, we will send you an email with a confirmation of receipt. We also inform you whether we approved or reject the refund. If the reimbursement is approved, we will process you and automatically write it on your credit card or your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing reimbursements (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company because it can take some time for your refund to be officially sent. Then contact your bank. It often takes some time for a refund to be booked. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us atsupport@vapezeit.com.
